The process for planning off-campus is a slight bit more complicated, but also very easy! Follow the steps outlined in this form: https://roboorg.ri.cmu.edu/roboorg-activity-guidelines/

RoboOrg does not provide transportation, so please arrange your own rides! RoboOrg can occasionally reimburse gas of drivers if the location is remote (but not car rentals.)
